A terrific Tuesday night in the sports world, headlined by the big trade in MLB as two former Cy Young Winners were sent to new teams. Roy Halladay goes to the Phillies, Cliff Lee goes to the Mariners, while the Blue Jays get minor leaguers as a part of the deal. Rumors are swirling about big name players such as Jason Bay and Matt Holiday as to where they will play next season. Another great week of NFL action this past Sunday, as plenty of teams cemented their status as Super Bowl contenders, while other said goodbye to any hope of playoff contention. NFL Network’s own Steve Mariucci discussed all of the recent week’s action and news, including the Mike Holmgren rumors concerning the Browns GM position. If  Holmgren gets the  job, would Steve Mariucci want to coach the Browns?

Staying on the topic of the NFL, the hottest team in the league at this moment is the San Diego Chargers. Tight End Antonio Gates talked to Tony about their 8 game winning streak, taking control of the AFC West, and how much of a factor they will be come playoff time.
